Health Club Reimbursement

All employees can be reimbursed up to $200 for a health club membership, whether or not you are enrolled in the medical plan. 

 

Dependents enrolled in the medical plan can also be reimbursed for a total of $200 each plan year.

 

You may be reimbursed for the current plan year (May 2024 - April 2025) and the previous plan year (May 2023 - April 2024).
